University of Toronto professor Paul Hess has teamed up with Jane's Walk to conduct walkability studies in apartment tower neighbourhoods across the City of Toronto, including the four Mayor's Tower Renewal pilot site neighbourhoods. Group discussions, surveys and mapping activities began in the fall of 2008 and data analysis is currently underway. Preliminary reports from the various neighbourhoods are being posted as they are completed.
